Pop-Up Restaurants - A Food Revolution

I love a good foodie commission. Locally sourced food, talented chefs and an excuse to meet with the girls. This was a really interesting one to work on. What struck me most was the sheer determination of these chefs and their true passion for good proper food.  Combined with an ethical edge - they are at the cutting edge of culinary trends, proving that you don't need to be in London to have a unique dining experience.
